Buying questions
When and how do I get my license key?
Immediately after payment: the key appears on the order success page (usually within 30 seconds) and is emailed to the address you paid with. You can re-send keys any time on the Retrieve page.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — use the Upgrade button inside the app. You pay only the prorated difference for the remaining term of your current license; the upgrade is applied in place.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are in USD. Paddle may display converted amounts and adds any applicable tax for your country before you confirm — you always see the final amount on the checkout page first.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Paddle, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. EasyLapse never sees or stores your card details.
