Your key is delivered automatically: it appears on the order success page within about 30 seconds, and an email containing the key (format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) is sent to the email address you paid with, usually within a minute. You can also re-send your keys any time from the Retrieve page.

Install the app, sign in with an email verification code, then paste your license key in the activation dialog. The license binds to one device; you can move it to a new machine from the in-app device manager.

Checkout is processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record): major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are calculated and handled by Paddle at checkout.

Each license allows one active device at a time. You can unbind and rebind devices yourself in the app (device manager), so replacing hardware is not a problem.

The software stops exporting, but nothing is deleted — your projects and settings stay intact. Renew or upgrade at any time (renewal discounts for multi-year terms apply), and everything continues where you left off.

Use the Upgrade button inside the EasyLapse app — you only pay the prorated difference for the remaining time of your current term. Your license is upgraded in place; just restart the app.

Yes. After activation the app verifies periodically, and keeps working offline for up to 15 days without an internet connection.

No. All plans sold here are one-time payments for a fixed term (1 year, 2 years, or lifetime). Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored for rebilling.
